If Earth #2 is the mirror image on Earth #1. You have to assume that everyone is doing the “same” on both Earth. However. Because of the script, it indicated that 4 years ago it broke that synchronicity, so from the time of “4 years ago” things started to change hence the appearance of Earth #2 on Earth #1. So decision where made in a sense of “out-of-sequence”. So on Earth #1 we see Rhoda giving the ticket to John. And at the end you will have to assume Earth #2 Rhoda decided to come see #1

Looks boring. Could’ve used the same second earth concept with a much more exciting storyline. Ah well, I’ll give it a watch anyway.

@TheMoneystacks123 I think he says that “in 13 thousand million years old history of the cosmos, our Earth have replicated elsewhere…”, so that’s that’s the age of the universe, not Earth II.

@DeanG1990

if you want to watch a sci fi film with no character depth, go see star trek. I think it’s brilliant that they took something so complex and focused on the simplicity of it. and to the other guy that thinks they only did this because of a budget, maybe they wanted to be original and try something else, which would be taking a sci fi film and making it an indie drama, which is much more appealing to me at least.

Jumper788291TL December 3, 2011 at 2:32 am

you do have a point but I’m pretty sure it was because of the budget thats why…but I still enjoyed it..

NightmareVF December 3, 2011 at 3:18 am

I know a relative who wrote a book called “Earth 2″ which is really weird, I’m wondering if it’s the same thing…

meryangellove December 3, 2011 at 3:19 am

is one of the best films I ever saw in my life … I just enjoy every minute, cried, smiled and felt a sense of the history .. I have not enjoyed something different, real and a story like this before, creative ..
if you have feelings, if you are sensitive, and if your senses of life, have them open, to possibilities of change, discover and be better person than you just tried to be today, you’ll understand the movie, enjoy the good work done and hopefully like I, love the result. +.+
